I spent 20 years of my life serving my country on US Naval submarines. I’m a former Chief Petty Officer who was responsible for food service operations for 2 squadrons and 20 submarine crews.
Now I’m the Director of Operations for a huge university. I supervise a 25-person management team and am ultimately responsible for more than 300 employees.
I know something about hard work. But I also know about smart work. You don’t get where I have in life without being as smart about your work as you are dedicated to it.
And now my wife and I are taking the principles of working smart into our Internet marketing business.
Why? Because after 30 years that involved being away from my family for 7 months at a time and then working 10-12 hour days, it’s time that we were together more.
I want more time on my boat. I want more time with my wife.
